I'm a UX Designer with two years commercial experience and a first class degree in Games Design and Production Management.

From crafting and conducting interviews to closely monitoring project results I love getting involved in all stages of the UX design process. I have a real passion for team work and champion the user in any group setting, whether its running a user journey workshop or in ideation sessions with cross functional teams. If we aren’t designing for the user then what’s the point?

One of my proudest achievements at my current workplace was creating a score that can predict with reasonable accuracy what any user would score the business if they were sent a user review. This score was so accurate and helped encompass the business' “customer obsessed” attitude they incorporated it into the main KPI’s. The original name was not popular so I jokingly suggested the "Legal Experience Overview Score" or "LEO Score” for short. The CEO loved this name and it stuck. Apart from being named after me it showed a real embracing of user experience at the business.
